In May 2016 Russell Bedford Poland will celebrate 5 years after rebranding in Poland. How the company changed, what the current business model looked like and what affected the group's success we talked to Andrzej Dmowski, CEO At Russell Bedford.

Angelika Kozłowska: How it works Russell Bedford?
Andrzej Dmowski: This year goes by 5 years since the change of the company's business model in Poland. We have made some important changes to improve the company's work. During this transformation we conducted, among others, rebranding. Currently, all entities in the group operate under a common brand name which is Russell Bedford.
We are a member of an international network of consulting companies Russell Bedford International. We cooperate with lawyers, tax advisors, auditors, tax advisers, accountants, financiers or, for example, business advisors. Russell Bedford advises customers in over 100 countries.
We have knowledge and experience that allow to provide services at the highest level.
AK: What the division of work looks like At Russell Bedford?
AD: As part of the new business model in Poland, the entities of the Group operate Russell Bedford in Poland, i.e.
Russell Bedford Poland dealing with tax advisory, balance sheet consultancy and reporting and financial consultancy; Russell Bedford Poland Audit - responsible for audit of financial statements and certification services; Russell Bedford Dmowski & Partners Law Firm - legal advice, debt collection, advice for capital groups and Russell Bedford Poland Academy, which conducts open, closed training as well as organizing conferences and congresses.
Individual entities shall be managed by relevant management partners. Inside the departments, employees are divided into teams dealing with specific projects that we carry out at the moment.
AK: You said 5 years ago, the company's business model changed in Poland, and what the activity looks like Russell Bedford on the international market?
AD: Last year we celebrated a round anniversary 30 years of network Russell Bedford International. Through these three decades the company has developed solutions that have been permanently included in the policy of the entire network. Russell Bedford International focuses primarily on professionalism and close relations with the customer. At RB International, key managers remain in direct contact with the customer. This builds trust and confidence that we approach each customer with respect and commitment.
AK: The biggest reason for company pride is...?
AD: Customers. I am proud that we have been able to help so many people companies. I believe that this is due to a very strong position in the market in tax, law and training and an individualised approach to each customer, regardless of the nature of the cooperation. That's all we've worked out in the last few weeks. 5 years, and that's why I'm very proud. When the customers we worked with come back to us, I know we did our job well.
AK: What do you think is the success of the Group Russell Bedford Poland?
AD: In my opinion, the economic strategy was very important here. As part of our activities, we deal with national taxes, international taxes, training and conferences, financial audit, outsourcing or e.g. economic consultancy. We have also set up a law firm and an audit firm.
Due to the significant growth of the company, we are releasing a new entity that will specialise in financial outsourcing and staff-paying. Cooperation at national and international level is also very good. All this means that we are able to provide not only legal services, but also financial, training, accounting or human resources.
AK: What was your basic assumption when setting up a company?
AD: When we started a company, I wanted to provide first of all the most specialized legal, tax, accounting and finance services. Currently, the company is six departments: tax advice, legal advice, training, audit, outsourcing of accounting and wages and economic advice. We have more and more truly capable people working with us. The experience we have causes us to provide services at the highest level.
AK: What distinguishes Russell Bedford against other companies?
AD: As one We provide comprehensive services at the interface of commercial, balance sheet and tax law, ensuring the highest quality of services and maintaining full professionalism regardless of the nature of cooperation.
AK: What would you like to tell customers Russell Bedford and RB Magazine readers?
