fourth edition Fusion and Acquisition Academy is coming to an end

Once again, our company had the pleasure of implementing the project:

Academy of mergers and acquisitions - merger, division, transformation and liquidation of capital companies in legal, tax and accounting terms.

The course took place in days 23–25 November 2015 in Warsaw. The leaders were practitioners and workers Russell Bedford, Dr. Andrzej Dmowski and Grzegorz Błaszkowski.

The course was attended by over 20 people.

We thank all participants and invite those willing to participate in the next V edition!
