In days 23–24 September We participated in the International Polish-German Tax Conference on Sealing Tax Systems in the European Union countries, held in Zielona Góra. The event was organized by the Lubuski Branch of the National Tax Advisory Chamber, the Wielkopolska Branch of KIDP and the West Pomeranian Branch of KIDP.
Participants included tax advisors, lawyers, authors of numerous publications in the field of tax law, members of the board of directors of the KRDP and lecturers of the university of the Faculty of Law. Meeting personalities from such different backgrounds was an excellent opportunity to exchange views.
first The conference day began with the opening lecture of the president of the KIDP. The schedule provided for speeches on reporting of tax schemes in both Poland and Germany. As a result, participants could almost immediately see the differences in the functioning of these tax laws two countries.
Of course, there were no shortages of attractions for the guests. one There was a trip to a nearby vineyard. After returning to the participants there was already a formal dinner.
The next day came the time for further speeches. one This was delivered by Dr. Andrzej Dmowski, who represented Russell Bedford. The expert conducted a half-hour lecture. Listeners could learn about the assumptions of changes in Polish tax regulations in the year 2019 and 2020 those relating to transfer prices and the obligation to draw up tax records for transactions between related parties. After the speech, it was time to conclude the conference.
The city with a rich and interesting history of Green Mountain has proved to be an ideal place to organise debates on sealing tax systems.
