The current tax system for various office accounts is expected to change. From 1 January 2020 each taxpayer – both a natural person who does not operate, as a natural person conducting business or the owner of the company, will be assigned a personal micro-account, serving only the payment of danin.
Date 31 December 2019 all old IRS accounts will be closed. An individual account for payment of liabilities with PIT, CIT or VAT will be available at the office or online, for example through a tax microaccount generator to be launched in fourth quarter of this year. Through a generator running around the clock you will be able to access using mobile devices and computers, giving the required data, including PESEL.
In parallel with the individual account, a project will be launched to implement the e-tax office, which will enable the payment to be traced.
Individual accounts are intended to improve processes, including speeding up obtaining a non-tax certificate.
