On 2 June 2014 There was a public defence of the doctoral dissertation of Mr. Unanimously adopted by the Council of the Faculty of Law and Administration Institute of Legal and Administrative Sciences, Department of Financial Law of the University of Warsaw, Mr Andrzej Dmowski received a doctorate in Legal Sciences, PhD dissertation.
„Taxation of derivatives of financial instruments with corporate income tax’,
was promoted by Prof. UW Dr. Witold Modzelewski. The doctoral work will soon appear in the form of a book published by Wolter Kluwer Publishing House.
