The RBI group was joined by Grupo Maciel from Brazil and Luis Acosta Peche & Asociados from Peru.
Founded in Porto Alegre in 2010 Grupo Maciel has six offices located in Brazil. Main offices of the group eight partners, with about 80 Professional employees, are located in Porto Alegre, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia, with additional presence in Curitiba and Belo Horizonte.
Grupo Maciel is a multidisciplinary service provider specializing in audit, as well as IT management and consulting consulting.
The company has a base about 200 customers, which consists of large national organisations, medium and small entities, including public and private companies, financial institutions, energy companies, pension funds, insurers, foundations, cooperatives and international organisations.

In turn Luis Acosta Peche & Asociados was founded in 2011 Lima, Peru. Group two entities – audit practice (Luis Acosta Peche & Asociados S.C. de R.L) and consulting practice (LA Corporation S.A.C.). Total company employs 45 employees. Focusing on audit, the group provides financial audits, tax audits and business advice, as well as outsourced accounting services for more than 150 customers, both domestic and international, in different business sectors, including financial services.
