On 19 October this year At the headquarters of our company we hosted a number of law students. They had the opportunity to take advantage of practical workshops as part of the 19th National Tax Conference “Taxes and Technology”, organized by the European Association of Law Students ELSA Poland and the Leon Kozmiński Academy.
The main topic of the workshops was: "The taxpayer's documents and their verification and control by tax authorities". During the meeting the following issues were presented and discussed:
- 1. Practical aspects of the initiation of review proceedings;
- 2. The documentation available to the taxpayer – whether the tax authority can decide on the form of documents;
- 3. The relevance of the JPK to control activities;
- 4. Extended reporting obligations;
- 5. Inspection analyses;
- 6. Capital group documents – exchange of information between companies, scope of documents required by the US and business secrets.
